  us to perform our duties as the TDCI , ( Theatre Dance Council 
  International ) 
  All information is held under strict confidential conditions and held at our 
  office by the TDCI General Secretary.
  You have the right to see what information the TDCI holds on you for a 
  fee that is considered reasonable regarding GDPR. 
  You have the right to ask the TDCI to remove any or all of the 
  information held on you, however we ensure to you that we only keep 
  information necessary for the TDCI to act in the members and their 
  pupils best interests.

  We may need to store the following information in regard to contacting 
  you for details of  TDCI Championships, Teachers & Adjudicators 
  Register, Competitors Registration, Championship Winners, and 
  Champion of Champions events etc.; Name, address, email address, 
  telephone & mobile number, membership number, qualifications, etc.   
  We also store information on Teachers name and association number 
  when attending TDCI Championships. Also the name, address and 
  telephone number of Trophy Winners ( so we contact winners for their 
  safe return ). 
  Nominations by associations for Carl Alan Awards; This information is 
  necessary to contact nominees and winners, however is usually 
  supplied and requested by the nominating association.
  TDCI ( a registered charity ), must act within the law but is also 
  required to hold certain information given by the associations who 
  are currently members, these being;

  The Associated Board of Dance
  The International Dance Teachers Association
  The British Association of  Teachers of Dancing
  The National Association of Teachers of Dancing
  The Northern Counties Dance Teachers Association
  The Scottish Dance Teachers Alliance
