You have the right to see what information the TDCI holds on you for a fee that is considered reasonable regarding GDPR. You have the right to ask the TDCI to remove any or all of the information held on you, however we ensure to you that we only keep information necessary for the TDCI to act in the members and their pupils best interests. Also the name, address and telephone number of Trophy Winners ( so we contact winners for their safe return ). Nominations by associations for Carl Alan Awards; This information is necessary to contact nominees and winners, however is usually supplied and requested by the nominating association. TDCI ( a registered charity ), must act within the law but is also required to hold certain information given by the associations who are currently members, these being; The Allied Dancing Association The Associated Board of Dance The International Dance Teachers Association The British Association of  Teachers of Dancing The National Association of Teachers of Dancing The Northern Counties Dance Teachers Association The Scottish Dance Teachers Alliance The United Teachers of Dance.
